Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi) Announces Support for the Sharp Family of Multifunctional Devices through Sharp's Open Systems Architecture (OSA)

The new AutoStore 4.6 supports Sharp devices through OSA, which provides for seamless connection to network applications via the MFP. Through the use of AutoStore's centralized workflow management system, supported Sharp devices can deliver scanned documents directly into business workflows as well as send documents to basic destinations such as email, Fax, Shared Network drives and Home directories.

AutoStore, along with OSA offers the flexibility to capture and process documents, along with the security features that aim to ensure information accuracy and accountability while increasing staff productivity. Through the use of AutoStore, documents can be captured from Sharp or other MFPs/Copiers, desktop applications, emails, faxes and many other sources. Once captured, the documents are processed using one of AutoStore's many advanced process components such as OCR, Barcode recognition or Forms Recognition.
