Family Event near Charleston, SC Features 65,000 Pounds of Select Oysters
Isle of Palms, SC (PRWeb) January 16, 2007 -- Historic and beautiful Boone Hall Plantation will be the venue for the 24th Annual Lowcountry Oyster Festival, held on January 28 in Mount Pleasant, SC, at 1235 Long Point Road. This family-oriented event features oyster shucking and eating contests, two tractor-trailer loads of single select oysters sold by the bucket, live music, games and activities.
